DMCA & Copyright Policy

Klippo respects creators and copyright owners. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and with copyright law in the countries where our users live. Klippo does not host the videos available through third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and X, and we encourage every user to only download content they own or have permission to download.

Our Respect for Creators

Creators put real work into their videos. Klippo is built as a tool for personal, lawful use — saving your own videos, or videos you have been given permission to save. Downloading, re-uploading or selling someone else’s work without permission may infringe their rights and the platform’s terms.

How to Send a Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe content linked to Klippo infringes your copyright, please email our designated copyright contact at dmca@klippodownloader.com with:

  • Your full name, company (if any) and contact email
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you own
  • The exact URL(s) of the content you believe infringes it
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response Commitment

We review valid takedown notices promptly and, where a notice is complete and valid, we will act on it as quickly as we reasonably can — typically acknowledging receipt within 2 business days and removing or disabling access to the identified material where it is within our control, in line with the DMCA. Incomplete notices may take longer while we ask for the missing details.

Counter-Notices & Repeat Infringers

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@klippodownloader.com with your details, the removed material and a statement of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We also operate a repeat-infringer policy: accounts or users who repeatedly infringe may be restricted or terminated where appropriate.
